What’s not included

HR Advisor is an advisory service. We guide and support you, but the day-to-day running of HR remains with you.

The service doesn't include:

  • Meeting attendance

  • Investigations

  • Onboarding administration

  • Payroll notification

  • Strategic workforce planning.

If your needs grow beyond this scope, we can discuss moving to HR Partner, or agree a one-off project alongside your subscription.
